Cut the kiwi into pieces.

Stir almond flour, coconut flour and gingerbread spices in a mixing bowl.

Add eggs, coconut or almond milk, coconut oil and maple syrup and stir until thick.

Heat a waffle iron in the middle position and follow the appliance instructions for baking waffles from the batter.
