Cut the watermelon into cubes and put it in a large bowl in the freezer. Leave in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Put the frozen watermelon in the blender or food processor and crush.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a soft, creamy ice cream.

Serve immediately, or put back in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to become a little more firm.
