Put the can of coconut cream in the fridge for approximately 8 hours.

Take the can of coconut cream out of the fridge and open carefully. Do not shake!

Spoon out the hardened coconut cream and put into a bowl. The remaining liquid can be used in other recipes.

Add vanilla powder and lemon juice to taste to the coconut cream and using a hand mixer whip the cream until soft and fluffy.
