Finely slice the cocoa butter and coconut butter and melt them au bain-marie.

Line a square cake pan with baking parchment or foil. Stir the honey and vanilla powder through the mixture and pour into the prepared cake pan.

Divide the macadamia nuts and strawberries over the chocolate and place in the fridge for approximately 4 hours until it has hardened.

Break the chocolate into rough chunks before serving.
