Smoothies & (Smoothie) Bowls
I came up with this idea when I wanted some variation in the "milk types" we use in smoothies. Hemp milk is easy to make and fairly budget-friendly :-). It does have a more dominant taste than almond milk, but with the right ingredients it is really delicious! Are you tired of coconut milk, then this is great as a replacement!
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until the hemp seeds have turned into milk.
Put a tea towel in a bowl and let the milk flow through while you hold the ends of the cloth together, you sift the milk this way.
Squeeze the last residue from the tea towel well with your hands and store in a sealed bottle in the fridge (up to 4/5 days).
