Ras el Hanout
Olive oil (mild)
Red pepper (sweet)
Yellow bell pepper
Cut the steak into strips.
Mix the beef strips with the ras el hanout and olive oil.
Let this marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Chop the shallot and cut the peppers and zucchini into small cubes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shallot, peppers and zucchini for 8 minutes.
Finely chop the herbs.
Add the cauliflower rice and herbs together with a squeeze of lemon. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the cauliflower rice is tender.
In the meantime, heat a second frying pan and cook the steak until done.
Serve all together.
