Slice the mushrooms, fry the bacon and cut into pieces. Lightly beat the eggs.
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Put some olive oil into an ovenproof frying pan.
Fry the mushrooms for about 3 minutes until brown,
Add the spinach and bacon and fry for another minute.
Add the eggs and using a spatula lift up the edges so that all the remaining egg mixture sets. This takes about 4 minutes.
Divide the goat cheese over the fritatta and season to taste.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Take the frittata out of the oven and let it stand for five minutes.
Cut into 6 slices and serve warm.
