Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Clean the mushrooms with a sheet of kitchen paper.
Remove the stalk and a bit of the inside of the mushrooms.
Place the mushrooms in an oven dish.
Finely chop the stalks of the mushrooms. Chop the onion finely as well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Cook the chopped onion and chopped stalks until done.
Put the drained crab, oregano, thyme and a pinch of salt together in a bowl with the fried vegetables. Stir well.
Fill the mushrooms with the crab mixture.
Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 15 minutes.
