Put the mustard seeds, water and vinegar in a glass jar, close well and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Put all ingredients together in a high measuring cup the next day.
Use your immersion blender to puree everything.
Taste the mustard and add some honey or salt.
Keep the mustard in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator, it will remain good for at least 3 weeks.
