Greek yoghurt plain

Preheat the oven to 120°F. Line 2 baking trays with baking parchment.
Mix the shredded coconut, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts in a large bowl.
Mix the coconut oil, stevia, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl.
Add the coconut mix to the nut mix and, using your hands, combine the two until the nuts are completely coated.
Spread the muesli mixture over the two baking trays.
Bake the muesli, turning it over every 10 to 15 minutes, for approximately one hour until golden bruin and crunchy.
Put the muesli into a large bowl to cool. Give it a good shake so that if doesn't all stick together.
Goes well with Greek yogurt.
