Banana bread is almost a mandatory dish in any paleo kitchen. Delicious as lunch or as a snack in between. Smear some coconut butter on it for an extra rich and tasty experience!

Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking tin with parchment paper (or grease lightly).

Throw everything (except the garnish) in a food processor or blender and mix into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the baking tin.

Bake in about 30-40 minutes until done (you can test this with a skewer, if it comes out clean it is done).

Allow the banana bread to cool off completely and then cut into slices.
