Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking tin with parchment paper (or grease lightly).

Throw everything (except the garnish) in a food processor or blender and mix into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the baking tin.

Bake in about 30-40 minutes until done (you can test this with a skewer, if it comes out clean it is done).

Allow the banana bread to cool off completely and then cut into slices.

This banana bread stays fresh in the fridge for a few days and it is also easy to store in the freezer for longer.
