Chop the dates coarsely and soak them for 15 minutes in lukewarm water.
Meanwhile, chop the almonds and walnuts coarsely.
Drain the dates.
Put the dates together with the nuts, coconut and cinnamon in the food processor and mix to an even mass. (but not too long, crunchy pieces of nut make it extra tasty)
Roll out the mixture, between 2 baking sheets, into a rectangle approximately 1 cm thick.
Cut the rectangle into bars and store each bar in a piece of parchment paper.
