The handy thing about these crackers is that you immediately have them in the house for a few days once you make them (and they are not difficult to make at all!). Delicious with this avocado / egg salad for example. Of course you can vary in terms of fillings! Eat them with smoked chicken, chicken fillet, turkey, fried egg, raw vegetables etc etc. Really, every topping is delicious here!
