Paleo salmon burgers

Try making something else from wild salmon: these Paleo burgers! A normal hamburger is delicious but this fish burger made of salmon tops the lot! For when you want something different.

Finely chop the spring onion.

Finely slice the salmon using a food processor or a knife.

Put the salmon into a bowl. Add the mustard, almond flour, spring onion and egg. Mix well.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Knead flat burgers using the salmon mixture.

Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides.

Serve the burger, for example, with avocado, cucumber, tomato and lamb's lettuce.
