Try making other burgers for a change, like these tuna burgers. You're bound to enjoy them. Do you also love burgers? Of course, there are burgers with portobello "buns" or between lettuce leaves. These burgers come without any covering and are made of fish instead of meat. Something different for a change, but just as tasty.
Dice the tuna and finely chop the onion and olives.
Cut the anchovies into pieces and cut the tomatoes into slices.
Mix the tuna, spring onion and olives in a bowl and place in the freezer for a few minutes.
Once chilled put the mixture into a food processor and pulse until the tuna has been ground.
Season the tuna with the salt and pepper and make 4 burgers from the mixture.
Heat a grill pan and fry the tuna burgers. You may have to brush with some melted coconut oil during frying.
Stir the anchovy pieces into the mayonnaise and spread on the burgers.
Garnish the burgers with tomato slices and arugula.
