Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Melt the coconut oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for about 4 minutes until golden bruin.
Put the chicken aside and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and stir. Reduce the heat to low and cook for a further 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is ready.
Serve the paprika chicken warm.
