Line a 22 cm springform tin with baking paper.
Crumble the biscuits in a blender or a food processor.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the cookie crumbs.
Spoon this mixture into a spring form and press well.
Put the spring form in the fridge for about half an hour so that the bottom can harden.
Cut the strawberries into slices. Put a pan on the fire. Heat the soy drink in this, add the slices of strawberries. Stir this well together, the strawberries may fall apart.
Add the maple syrup and stir well. Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently. Now slowly stir in the agar agar. Keep stirring this well. Now add half of the curd cheese and stir well again. Bring it to a slow boil and keep stirring. Turn off the heat when it starts to bubble.
Now add the rest of the curd cheese and stir it again.
Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the pie crust. Put the cake in the fridge and let it set for at least 2 hours.
