Coconut milk (can)
Finely chop the onion, press the garlic, cut the cauliflower into florets and chop the coriander roughly.
Melt coconut oil in a soup pan over medium heat and cook the onion.
Add garlic and cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the herbs, stir them and pour in the vegetable broth.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with coconut flakes and fresh coriander before serving.
