Red pepper (sweet)
Chop the onion and clean the peppers, cut them into large pieces.
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the onion together with the chili powder and oregano until the onion is translucent.
Press the garlic cloves in the pan and fry for a few minutes.
Put the peppers in the pan, stir well and let them cook for 30 minutes with a lid on the pan. Stir occasionally.
Add the broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and use an immersion blender to puree the soup.
