Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Put the nuts in a bowl and the liquid coconut oil over them. Stir well to make sure that all the nuts are covered with a layer of oil.
Mix the rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the herb mixture over the nuts and stir well so that everything is well distributed.
Line a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper and spread the nuts in a single layer.
Bake the nuts in the preheated oven for around 7 minutes, until they turn light brown.
