Cut the skin of the orange and cut the flesh into segments.
Squeeze the rest of the orange over a bowl, add the coconut yoghurt and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir well.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes of about 0.5 cm.
Finely chop the dill.
Mix half of the chopped dill through the dressing.
Divide the lamb's lettuce over glasses / bowls, then add the cucumber and shrimps and put 1 tablespoon of dressing in each glass.
