Coconut blossom sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (hot air).
Peel the apple and cut out the core and then cut the wedges into pieces. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
Place the apple in a saucepan over medium heat together with lemon juice, coconut blossom sugar and the cinnamon. Stir while you bake for a few minutes. Spoon the apple mixture into an ovenproof container.
Spoon the almond flour over the apple and then sprinkle with the walnuts, pressing lightly.
Bake the apple pie breakfast in the middle of the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
