Put banana, egg and cocoa in the food processor and mix until you have an even (and lump-free) mixture. (You can also mash the banana in a bowl, use a fork for this. Then mix in egg and cocoa)
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt some coconut oil in it.
Spoon 1 tbsp batter into your pan, spread it a bit. Repeat until your pan is full.
Once you see bubbles on your pancakes, it's time to turn them over gently.
Bake this side for another minute.
Serve the pancakes with the coconut grater.
