Chocolate pure (> 70% cocoa)
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (hot air). Line the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
Put the butter in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the vanilla, maple syrup and the egg and mix well.
Add the almond flour and knead well until you have a nice dough.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and walnuts and knead into the dough.
Form balls from the size of a ping pong ball and place them on the baking tray. Press them flat into biscuits.
Bake them in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove them from the baking tray with a spatula and let them cool on a wire rack.
