Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the celery and broccoli into pieces. (you can also use the stem in soup)
Heat the oil in a stockpot and fry the onion for 3 minutes while stirring regularly. Add the garlic and fry for a minute.
Add the celery, broccoli, stock and dill and stir. Then bring to a boil. When it is boiling, let the heat go low and let the soup simmer for another 20 minutes with the lid on the pan.
Remove the pan from the heat and puree the soup with a hand blender. (or in the blender)
