Scoop the flesh from the avocado and mash it with a fork until a creamy mixture forms. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cut the ends of the cucumber and scrape into long thin slices.

Clean the radishes and cut into thin slices. Cut the celery and red pepper into thin strips.

Grab a slice of cucumber, spread some avocado mixture on top and put some radishes on top. Place an asparagus tip, celery and red pepper on top. Then roll it up.

Repeat with all other ingredients.
