vegetable broth

700 ml

Fresh chives

Clean and chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a stockpot and sauté the onion and garlic.

Cut the asparagus into 2 centimeter pieces and add to the pan. Bake for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the stock and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Heat a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on a paper towel.

Chop the chives.

Puree the soup with the hand blender. Serve the soup and crumble the bacon on top, garnish with chives.
