Peel the asparagus and cut the bottom off, cut them in half lengthwise. Clean the portobello mushrooms and cut into slices.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the asparagus in the pan and grill for about 5 minutes per side.
Then fry the portobello mushrooms in the grill pan, or place them between the asparagus if desired. These are ready faster than the white asparagus.
Put the parsley, olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper in a food processor and mix until smooth. (or in a tall cup with the hand blender)
Divide the white asparagus and portobello mushrooms between 2 plates. Add the smoked salmon. Sprinkle with the dressing to taste.
