Bring a pan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt to a boil.
Cut the romanesco into florets. Cut any large pieces in half. Put in the boiling water, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain the romanesco and let it out.
Preheat the oven to 195 degrees Celsius.
Take a baking tray and place a sheet of baking paper on it. Spread the romanesco over the baking tray.
Sprinkle with me olive oil, salt and curry powder. Grill the romanesco in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
