Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.

Heat 2 tbsp (olive) oil in a pan and gently fry the pumpkin.

Meanwhile, cut the onion into large pieces and the garlic fine. After 5 minutes add to the pumpkin and stir.

Meanwhile, clean the remaining vegetables and cut into large pieces. Add the vegetables to the pumpkin and cook for 5 minutes.

Add Italian herbs, paprika, tomato cubes and a good pinch of salt and pepper and stir. Put the lid on the pan and let it simmer on a small fire for 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

The black olives can pass through for the last 5 minutes.

Serve the ratatouille with the goat cheese.
