Clean the fennel and slice or shave (with the mandolin) the fennel into thin slices. Cut the apple into thin slices. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Divide the lettuce over 2 plates with the fennel, apple and walnuts on top.

Sprinkle with olive oil and honey to taste. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
