Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the spinach over medium heat for 1 minute.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Divide the spinach over the pan / baking dish. Divide the crème fraîche, cherry tomatoes and eggs over it.

Bake the pan in the middle of the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes. Until the eggs have the cooking you like best.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add the cayenne pepper and cumin. Stir well.

Serve the eggs with the spicy butter sauce to taste.
