Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in the hot olive oil.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Add to the pan along with the thyme and cook until the mushrooms are cooked.

Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Put the mushroom mixture, thyme, coconut aminos and walnuts in the food processor and mix until a fine and creamy mixture.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
