Cut the chicken thigh into cubes.

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry the chicken thigh. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan over high heat. Grill the tomatoes in it.

Clean the zucchini and turn it into zoodles. Add to the chicken and fry until it is cooked.

Cut the basil into strips. Add half to the pan with zoodles and stir.

Serve the zoodles with the grilled tomatoes and garnish with the remaining basil.
