Chop the onions, finely slice the garlic and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
Cut the stewing meat into cubes.
Mix the tomato paste, onions, garlic, paprika powder, caraway seed and chili pepper together at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the stewing meat and stock and stir until well mixed.
Place the paprika pieces on top and put the lid on.
Cook on the low setting for approximately 6 hours until tender,
Before serving season to taste with salt and pepper.
