Olive oil (extra vierge)
Cut the smoked chicken into strips.
Peel the shallots and remove a piece from the top and bottom.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the shallots with the apple cider vinegar for 20 minutes until done with a lid on the pan. Stir occasionally.
Divide the purslane and shallots over plates and place the smoked chicken strips on it.
Drizzle with olive oil and season the chicken with some pepper.
