This is really one of my favorite Paleo snacks: meatballs. You can make endless variations and they are handy to take with you and can also be eaten cold. Make spicy ones like these with a dipping sauce. Don't like spicy food? Just make a different sauce to go with them.
Ground Pork and Beef blend
Red pepper (hot)
Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly grease a baking tray.
Snipper the onion and red pepper and press the garlic.
Put the ground meat together with the onion, pepper and garlic (reserve 1 clove for the dressing), curry, cumin, cayenne pepper and paprika in a bowl and knead thoroughly with your hands.
Add the egg and almond flour and knead again.
Make small balls using the meat mixture.
Melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan and fry the balls on all sides until brown.
Put the balls in the oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven until cooked.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Mix all the ingredients together for the dipping sauce and serve with the meatballs.
