Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Chop it into large pieces and steam or boil until it is soft.

Melt the coconut oil in a pan.

Put all the ingredients in the food processor and mix it together. The dough must be firm so you can roll it out. Otherwise you can add a little more chestnut flour.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the pumpkin mixture on the plate.

Place a baking paper over the mixture and roll it flat with a rolling pin.

Remove the upper baking paper and place the sheet in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
