Red pepper (hot)
Put some olive oil in a tall measuring jug.
Add the garlic, red pepper (without seeds) and mix with a hand blender to a smooth dressing.
Put the shrimps into a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Cover and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put some wooden skewers in water.
Thread 4 or 5 shrimps on each skewer.
Heat a grill pan on a medium-high heat and grill the shrimps until they are cooked.
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the shrimps prior to serving.
