Onion (finely chopped.)
Red pepper (hot) (finely chopped.)
Large shrimp (peeled and washed)
Red pepper (sweet) (strips)
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and the pepper briefly.
Add paprika and stir-fry a few minutes.
Add shrimp and stir-fry until they are no longer translucent.
Finally add the white cabbage and stir-fry for a few minutes as well, until the cabbage has softened.
Serve and garnish with a bit of fresh coriander.
