Olive oil (extra vierge)
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the avocados in half, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh.
Place the flesh of the avocado (with the flat side down) on a cutting board and cut in half lengthwise.
Divide the spinach over a plate. Put the avocado on top and spread the cherry tomatoes over it.
Sprinkle the walnuts over the salad/
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
