Sprinkle salt and pepper on the steaks.
Heat ghee in a frying pan and cook the steaks as desired.
Remove from the pan and leave the meat to rest under aluminum foil for a while.
Meanwhile, cook the mushrooms in the remaining cooking fat.
Remove the mushrooms from the pan and fry an egg in the pan (add extra ghee if necessary).
Serve the steaks on a bed of lamb's lettuce and garnish with tomato, mushrooms and finally the egg.
