Coconut blossom sugar
Chop the strawberries coarsely.
Put the strawberries in a pan with the coconut blossom sugar and honey. Put the pan on medium heat.
Meanwhile, mix the arrowroot in the water with a whisk. Add this mixture to the strawberries.
Heat the strawberries until they gently begin to bubble and start to thicken. (Do not boil!)
After about 15 minutes your strawberry sauce is ready.
Store the sauce in the fridge in a clean glass jar.
