Stuffed apples with nut crumble

Cut the apples in half and remove the core.

Sprinkle some lemon juice over the apples.

Set the oven to grill mode.

Put the nuts and honey in the blender and chop finely.

Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet which is lined with baking paper.

Grill in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a pan with water and place a heat-resistant container in it. Make sure the water does not get into the container.

Finely crumble the chocolate in the container and let it melt gently.

Fill the apple halves with some nut mixture and pour a bit of chocolate over them.
