Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the kernel. Optionally, you can hollow the avocado out a bit more to create a bit more space.
Break the eggs in a bowl and put the egg yolks in the avocado, together with some of the egg white.
Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top before serving.
