Sun dried tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Cut the sundried tomatoes into thin strips.
Clean the portobellos (with a dry kitchen paper) and put them in an oven dish.
Divide the strips of sundried tomato over the portobellos.
Break an egg above each portobello.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the egg whites have solidified.
