Large shrimp (peeled and washed)

Dice the tomato, red pepper and cucumber.
Cut the baby romaine lettuce into strips.
Put the sweet pepper, tomato, cucumber and lettuce ina large bowl and hustle.
Make the dressing by beating the olive oil and the lemon juice together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Season the steak with salt and pepper and fry, in a some ghee in a hot pan, to how you like it.
Take the steak out of the pan and set aside to rest.
Using the same pan add some extra olive oil and fry the garlic.
Add the shrimps and fry.
Mix the dressing through the salad and divide over the plates.
Cut the steak into thin slices and arrange together with the shrimps over the salad.
