Lemon (the juice)
Cut the steak into pieces. Peel the shrimps (if necessary). Chop the garlic and squeeze half the lemon.
Rub the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Marinate the shrimps in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and tarragon.
Make two skewers per person. One with steak pieces and one with shrimps.
Heat a grill pan and grill the skewers until cooked and golden brown.
Place the skewers on plates and serve with vegetables or salad as desired.
