Breakfast for 2! This is an ideal breakfast if you have a long day ahead or are just returning from your run. Why sweet potato? It's packed with vitamins and minerals and has a much lower GI in comparison to the normal potato, so you do not suffer from rapid blood sugar rises.
Coconut milk (can)
Medjool dates (pitted)
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into large cubes.
Cut the banana into pieces.
Cook them for 10 minutes and drain.
Mix the potatoes together with the banana and the other ingredients in the blender and your smoothie bowl is ready!
