Red pepper (sweet)
Cut the red pepper into small cubes and the chop the clove of garlic and the onion finely.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the minced meat until cooked.
Add the chili powder, paprika powder, oregano, onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and the tomato cubes and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Clean the iceberg lettuce and remove the leaves. Make sure you keep them intact.
Divide the meat mixture over the iceberg lettuce cups and enjoy the meal!
